- Critical Care Medicine: We’ve added templates for ICU progress notes, PICU admit notes, and comprehensive ICU admission consults. To find these templates, type “ICU.” or "PICU." followed by the template type (history, exam, assessment, progress).
- Hospital Internal Medicine: Inpatient admit notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries are now available. To quickly locate these, type “admit.history”, “progressnote”, or “dcs.template”.
- General Surgery: Post-operative progress templates and procedure notes have been added to ensure thorough surgical follow-ups. You can find these by typing “pop.surgery”, or “procedurenote”
- Neurology: Consult notes, exam templates, and diagnosis assistance tools are now available. Find them by typing “consult.neurology”, "exam.neurology", or "dx.neurology"
- Obstetrics & Gynecology: Labor admission notes and prenatal visit schedule templates support comprehensive maternal care. Search for them by typing "cesarean.obgyn" or try typing "laboradmit." or "prenatal." followed by the template type (history, exam, assessment, progress).
- Pediatrics: Newborn infant admit notes and physical exam templates are now part of the library. You can find these by typing “newborn.” or “exam.” followed by "pediatrics".
- Psychiatry: Symptom differential and general psychiatric evaluation templates ensure complete and standardized mental health assessments. Find them by typing “consult.psychiatry”, "exam.psychiatry", or "dx.psychiatry"
- Trauma Surgery: Our trauma and emergency physical exam templates have been expanded. To find them, type “trauma.exam” or "normal.exam.emergency".
