Download the current Windows installer from the official dotScribe Download page, run it, then open dotScribe and sign in.

1. Go to dotScribe Downloads.
2. Select WINDOWS INSTALL.
3. Open the downloaded installer.
4. Follow the Windows installation prompts. If Windows asks whether to allow the installer to make changes, continue only if your local or organizational policy allows it.
5. Open dotScribe and sign in.

What you should see

dotScribe should open and be ready for you to use the desktop app.

If installation is blocked

Do not bypass your organization’s security or IT controls. If software installation is not allowed, the same Download page provides a separate WINDOWS USB / portable option that can be used where your organization permits it.

If installation still fails, contact dotScribe Support with your Windows version and the exact error message you see. Do not send passwords or other credentials.
