Will the autocomplete still work if I am terrible at spelling?

Will the autocomplete still work if I am terrible at spelling?

The short answer is yes!

Due to dotScribe's proprietary search algorithm, you actually do not need to type an "exact match" for the autocomplete to find your term. If it is too dissimilar to the correct spelling, however, dotScribe may struggle to find the term.

Here are some tips for if this happens:
  1. Browse more results by using your arrow keys to scroll down
  2. Press Escape or the Space Bar and try again
  3. Turn Suggestions Off and then back On in the dotScribe taskbar menu (shortcut is CTL+period key)
