Can't sign in to dotScribe

If you cannot sign in, first separate a password problem from an account-verification or other access problem.

  1. Make sure you are using the email address for your dotScribe account.
  2. If you recently created the account, complete the verification step from the email dotScribe sent during sign-up.
  3. If you do not know your password, use Forgot Password? from the dotScribe sign-in page and follow the recovery email.
  4. Try signing in again.

If you still cannot sign in

Contact dotScribe Support and include the email address for the account, whether the problem is in the Online Library or desktop app, and the exact error or behavior you see.

Never send your password, MFA/security code, or other credentials to Support.
