Creating and Editing Templates in dotScribe

dotScribe makes the process of creating new templates easy and fast.

Access Your Online Library:
- Go to library.dotscribe.com.
- Select a folder and click "Add Phrase."
Enter Template Details:
- Enter the phrase name, content, abbreviation, and tags.
- Click the save icon to save your new template.

Sync Your Phrases in the dotScribe Desktop App

Open the dotScribe App Menu:
On Windows:
- Look for the small upward arrow (^) icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (taskbar) to reveal hidden icons.
- Right-click the dotScribe icon in the hidden icons section.
On Mac:
- Click the dotScribe icon in the menu bar at the top right corner of your screen.
Sync Your Phrases:
- Click the sync phrases button in the app menu.
