Creating and Editing Templates in dotScribe

dotScribe makes the process of creating new templates easy and fast. 
  • Access Your Online Library:
  • Enter Template Details:

    • Enter the phrase name, content, abbreviation, and tags.
    • Click the save icon to save your new template.

Sync Your Phrases in the dotScribe Desktop App

  1. Open the dotScribe App Menu:

    On Windows:

    • Look for the small upward arrow (^) icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (taskbar) to reveal hidden icons.
    • Right-click the dotScribe icon in the hidden icons section.

    On Mac:

    • Click the dotScribe icon in the menu bar at the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Sync Your Phrases:

    • Click the sync phrases button in the app menu.
